Yes! We currently have a couple bags in the fermenter under no real vacuum. We've had to utilize 16 lbs of weights in the bags along with a half gallon Mason jar full of water on top of the bags to keep everything submerged. We'll probably be cutting the bags open in the next couple of days to see how that doin'.

nice grow, and thanks for posting your water fermentation process, I like how little space it takes compared to refrigerator fermenters.
