We quit raising burley tobacco here in southwest Ohio about 10 years ago. We still have all of the equipment and capabilities of putting out a crop, but don’t want to do it at a scale to contract with a company.
Has anyone ever sold at farmers markets or in farm shops? I have thought about raising plants and putting them in pots, or making hands of tobacco to sell at such places. Just curious as to if this is feasible.
