Absolutely WLT are the best in sending and communication.Only praise for WLT from myself as well - both orders have gone out the same business day - terrific customer services!
You have been absolutely the best Don. Always sending fast and answering any queries.Thank you very much guys. I'll share this with the crew in the warehouse. I can't even begin to tell you how few people understand we do the best we can and once we transfer the orders to the shipper, there is nothing we can do except file a claim.
Ah the mail !!!! I might be waiting awhile still.
They are now offering a free tobacco aging service.7 weeks and still waiting. Package is in Montreal waiting to be shipped, went through customs on the 12th June.
This is from the Canada Post tracking site as we all have seen many times.
I wonder if any of the Canadians here have given this info out to receive any duty/payment info and would it speed things up?

I got an email with a link to PAY/Duties but the page doesn't indicate payment options or anything of the sort. It just displays the package tracking page. I was told by CP to wait a few days before trying again.
I got an email today from MYUS saying they do not have any shipping methods that will allow shipment of tobacco to NZMy latest package has also been stuck in NY for over a month!
Wtf?!?I got an email today from MYUS saying they do not have any shipping methods that will allow shipment of tobacco to NZ
Good news mate! Hey do you mean prior to new rules coming into play (as in July 1st) or prior to them being announced? That's weird.
I didn't send this current shipment through MYUS, just regular post...and I have contacted NZ customs, they claim thiat due to being ordered and shipped prior to the new rules, it will be allowed in (provided it shows this on the package documentation).
I would also recommend all kiwis do this, the more of us who do, the more likely they are to be lenient with late arrivals. He didn't specify, but, I assume that he meant that shipments that could be proven to have been ordered prior to the announcement would be allowed in (and, maybe, shipments expected to arrive prior to the deadline should also be allowed in, if significantly held up for an unforeseeable period).
All of my prior orders arrived at customs within a week of initial departure from Whole leaf...
This last order (sent by wholeleaf on 22 May) hasn't even left the US yet...
I don't think this means you can put in a whole bunch of orders now and expect hassle free customs, but those with shipments ordered a month or so ago, which are held up due to lack of freight shipments (flights) from Covid should be ok when they pass through customs.
I would call customs personally about any such order, quoting the shipping number...
