So I take it.that if your cigars are machine made..then you may get a tax hike.

Guys, hold the happiness. This is the 2nd time in 4 months this has come out of this committee, it is not law and the last time it was stripped from the final bill. I would suggest you all make a phone call and drop an email to your congress critter to voice your support for this or the same fate might await this one as well.
