I see what you mean about not being updated. Their Tobacco Grower's Guide has a wealth of contact info for tobacco related manufacturers of float trays, gadgets and supplies, and is downloadable (~2MB) as a 53 page pdf file.

The grower's guide is an excellent way to gain understanding on how commercial tobacco is grown. Reducing the scale or using improvised gadgets and processes to mimic the way tobacco is grown commercially makes home growing easier.
