Tobacco virus/disease ?

Hey Guys so ive just move to a new place and Been Trying to grow tobacco alot lately ... but seems this area is kinda full of pests and diseases i guess, i Dont know why it seems many of my plants get infected here... or maybe im wrong and its not disease i Dont know... what do you Guys think ?

It appears to be a virus of some sort. Look through the IPM images:

What I'm seeing from the pictures is white spots and chlorosis. It looks like it might be Tobacco Etch Virus. Take a look at the viruses on that site Bob gave see what matches best.
