Yes. You can use that, but it will taste quite different from traditional cigar wrapper leaf.

I have no experience myself and I am learning. I want to examine the experience and opinion of others.
I am running out of decent wrapper leaf myself and have thought of this as an option. In my case, I will probably be happy because I like a mild wrapper, I hold cigars in my mouth a lot and it should be pretty easy on the lips. Also I'm not really all that picky. I guess the thing to do is try it out and let us know how it goes.
