I heard that image was from a section of sky the size of a grain of sand held at arm's length.
That's a Canadian measurement, roughly the size of Perth Amboy viewed through a toilet paper tube from Manhattan.
I love the randomly oriented, spiral galaxies, tossed up from the big stir-fry.

eh, It's cool but I still think the Hubble deep field shots were more impressive. More than 10,000 galaxies in this shot in Ursa Major in an area less than a dime held at arms length. A spot where my telescopes see nothing. And it's in visible light frequencies, not IR.

The above is a baby version of the image captured by the James Webb Space Telescope. The original is over 150 MB. It's an impressive image just at screen size. But when I zoom-in (red rectangle), the detail revealed has never been seen before.
