Well, since nobody is selling plants, does anyone want to buy plants? I need to make a trip down to North Carolina and I can pick up whatever is available.
The types will be commercial varieties in Flue Cured, Burley and one or two types of Turkish. I'm having some test grows done on some Turkish types and I should be able to get some plants if they aren't in the ground yet.
Let me know before the end of the week....time is running out.
I will be having plants this year . I have cut way down on varieties ,
Burley
Bright leaf
Havana
Few other varieties . Some later than others .
But my plants are going to be late this year . The cold spring has held me way back.
The one night it got to 20 degrees I though had finished off all my plants . Heating the greenhouse was almost impossible .
If I knew that there was a shortage on them I would have saved more than I did. I sold all that I had and put My fall back ons in the ground yesterday. Next year I will have to save some back for just that.
Hey BigBonner, I'd like to buy plants right away. I'm trying to create a classic cigar with 3 types of tobacco that will appeal to a moderate to experienced cigar smoker. Havanna 142 for wrapper; 5 plants. A flavorful mild Seco type for filler/binder, 6 plants. A similar plant as close to Mata Fina if possible, 6 plants. Also 4 plants that I can make into foil pouch chew tobacco like Dark Air 2012. 21 plants total. Not too selective now just want to get started before the heat really sets in and stresses plants.
Let me know where I can mail check or money order please. Stay well BigBonner
Thank you Pacman
