Hi everyone,
If you could choose one tobacco variety for someone who’s new to growing/fermenting tobacco, which one would you advice? I read that some cigars in Italy are made solely from Nostrano del Brenta. But i’ve read here that varieties like corojo 99/ cubano/ criollo 98 do fine by themselves as well. My plan is to make it as easy as possible, since it’s my first try. Climate here is mild, summers don’t get too warm and can be rainy. Luckily i have a small greenhouse so I hope it will help against mold. I hope eventually to be able to make a corona sized mild flavored cigar.
Cheers,
Ben
