Hi All,

I hope this is the right spot for this. I found some white spots on some VA red I received. Is this normal? Im not sure if I should just go ahead and smoke it and I’m new to whole leaf so I figured I would ask.

Thanks!

Not a problem. Those can be from sun scald or frog-eye. Not mold. Just enjoy.

Awesome! Thank you for setting my mind at ease.

i’m thinking about doing some kind of compressed plug with this and some oriental and perique for pipe smoking. I have read a bunch of your blends in another thread and been taking notes on the ones I want to try out for myself. I may go with the rolling then compressing it into the kind of cigar shape and then slicing coins like you wrote up.

Anyway thanks for the help on this one.
