WLT tobacco stock and availability

Hi guys, just wondering how tobacco stock works at WLT. Do they get new stuff or resupply at certain parts of the year? Does most stuff out of stock come back in certain intervals?

I think it's relatively random for cigar tobacco and burley and at auction time (whenever that is) for domestic flue cured.
