Hey guys,
down there I have linked 3 videos of german youtuber 3thedward in which he shows his own recipe for home made chewing tobacco. In english speaking media I have often seen the method using apple juice and boiling it down until it is a thick sirup and then adding tobacco. He uses a different method, putting the tobacco in Rumtopf a traditional german desert made from rum and fruits. It doesn't take much to put a couple of different friuts into a bath of rum for some weeks and to then pu the tobacco inside it so it might be worth a try for you guys as well.
He also shows the traditional german way of making chew which is unlike the american one not loose like but a small rope cut into mouth sized pieces and a way to ferment tobacco faster in the oven. I think most of what he is doing is good to understand, if you don't speak german. If you have any questions, you think I might be able to answer, feel free to ask.

Bonus (In this video he tries to smoke his selfmade chew but concludes that the tobacco is still to wet and that he will try again later.)
