Currently fermenting the first batch of leaves in my mini fridge. This batch has been fermenting for 3 weeks now. My question is if I introduce new leaves that have just finished curing, will the first batch absorb any ammonia from the new leaves. In result reversing the fermentation process?

The kilning/fermenting process is enzymatic, and (I think) some bacterial activity.
These are metabolic processes, and don’t tend to run in reverse.
The cured tobacco may just need some more airing out, if the new leaves release a lot of ammonia, but nothing more than that.
