Little dutch maturity

After referencing this Little Dutch thread, this upper little dutch leaf looks like it's ready to go. Plant was topped June 8th. The leaf (and others that look like it) are still firmly attached, and don't snap off easily like the mature, lower leaves I've been harvesting over the past week or 2. Is it actually mature, or should I wait for it to snap off easily?

The yellow mottling of the lamina tells you that it is mature, and can be safely harvested.
