First repot them into styro cups, 16 or 32 oz with plenty of pencil punched holes in the bottom. When you first repot them, give them a good spray of water and add water to the bottom after placing them in a non-drip pan. You may have to lightly spray them for a day, until the water from the bottom begins to sneak up the cup to the bottom of the roots. Once the roots discover the bottom water, never spray them again. I place all of the trays outside, shaded under a tree for shade. Gradually uncover them to the sun an hour, early and late and increase this everyother day. Within a week, they should be ready to go. After transplanting, cut a small branch of a tree and stick it in the ground besides your transplant. It will shade the plant somewhat until the plant gets well established. Remove the branch and get on with your grow.

Have your plants been raised indoors under lights? I also wonder did your plants spring back or respond by a night of rest to look healthy in the morning.. A little worse for wear but still standing up?

this time they sprung back by the next morning without watering. im guessing this has some significance? not sure if you read my previous reply, but they were raised in a window, no lights.

indianjoe, thank you for the info, it'll come in handy.
