Well I will have little dutch,Havana 142, Connecticut broad leaf and and Florida Sumatra once it finishes....

From what I've read on the forums, little dutch has some sweetness. I just did a chew recipe using Apple Schnapps, real sweet. Try it on your leaves :) Of course there's other flavors I recently bought like black cherry, coconut rum, Peach (not sure how that smokes yet), and a couple of other flavors.

Of course, you could get some Piloto Cubano Seco from WLT before it sells out. It naturally does well with many of my leaves. It pulled out a creamy sweet flavor. Rolled a bunch tonight after I got my order in, I'll keep you posted if you want.

Dave, I'm hoping the Piloto seco blended with the Aleman could be a match made in heaven.

Has anyone tried a strip of Levi Garrett or another sweet chewing tobacco down the center? They're pretty sweet already.

A little flue cured with some WLT Dominican or Nicaraguan I find gives a pipe tobacco flavor. I've also tried blending commercial aromatic pipe tobacco into cigars. It doesn't take much, say a pinch or two in a good size cigar.

Which ones did you try? Did you like it?

I would love to do some cross over blends with pipe and cigar tobacco. Drew Estates did that in their natural line which I haven't tried. Well, at least in theory we know it works. Would LOVE to hear more from anyone doing this type of experimentation!!!

The Apple Schnapps seems to work.

I infused some bourbon once as Gdaddy suggested into Habano Seco for a month, it brought out some of the woody taste in the Nic. Habano Seco. Just like Don mentioned earlier about alcohol. Now all we have to do is figure out "how" to put a bullet into a cigar, and have ATF Cigars!

Then the FBI will be knocking on your door.

btw... the recent shipment I got had a slit cut in it. Somebody took a peek at the contents.

Use of licorice has been used for over 100 years. I never knew or tasted it in the chew.

(National products), Chattanooga Chew (Swisher product)

COMMON NAMES: chewing tobacco, spit tobacco

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION OF USE: United States

lower lip, typically toward the back of the mouth. It is either chewed or held in place.1
Saliva is
spit or swallowed.

I put some Captain black in with some cigar scraps. Tasted and smelled like Captain black. Not my kinda thing but if you like a flavored aromatic cigar it works well.

Piloto Cubano Seco and Viso will help sweeten the Cigar, also the Turkish Oriental Prelep really gave me a aromatic sweet taste that I really liked! Almost like a light pipe scent! By itself, it smells sweet, like alfalfa hay freshly cut. When lit, it has a wonderful taste. The Piloto Cubano Seco and Viso adds more of a vanilla type scent, but I use this often, and helps bring out flavors of other Cigar tobaccos.

Hmmm, haven't had that problem........yet. Does this slit contribute to drying out your leaf at all? Just curious....

No, the leaf was just fine. No harm done. Just about every order I get has a little 2" slice in the bag. It looks like a razor cut. They probably have a drug sniffer they slide in there.
