I didn't understand. I thought you meant a new/different forum. You can check with FMGrowit (Don) about the suitability of a new thread vs. subsection. He started this forum and has the last word.

If you watch till the end of the video it will give an option to watch other videos. Watch the "Cuttin' & Stackin' video. I guess the guy is speaking Kentucky-ese 'cause I can't understand much of what he is saying. I was going to send this to Bigbonner to translate but luckily someone has added subtitles.

...you know the sad thing is: that is the thread that brought me to this forum...I must've forgot, sorry!

Edit:

Granted having a separate thread for the home farmer/gardener (less than 2 acres) might be beneficial.

Re: Tobaccoo Equipment: Scewering/Hanging device

What are your guys' thoughts on a "staking device" only smaller scale for us home growers. Instead of using stakes we would use standard electric fence wire that everyone suggests (and I use personally).

If you guys think it'd be worth it, I'll build a prototype and see how it works

The picking and then stringing/hanging step. Just an aperatus to help with it, similar to the staking device some big farms have.

Same idea different concept. Just a tool that you would quickly attach your wire to, scewer your leaf onto and when the wire was full it would loop the end of the wire so you could hang the whole wire. I'll draw up a design and see what you guys think
