Whole Leaf Tobacco Threshed Blends assistance

Is anyone interested in helping develop some threshed blends? The tobaccos are somewhat limited since we can only use the threshed tobacco available on (or to) the website. These tobaccos are Threshed Flue Cured and Burley and whole Leaf Turkish Izmir. The blends can also include the casings available (Flue Cured, Air Cured and what I can general purpose which was developed for the Euro Blend with Fire Cured). I suppose a few Fire Cured leaves can be included in the blends since it's really easy to strip and a little goes a long way.

I can only send the first six volunteers 1/2 lb. of Burley since I haven't received a full case yet, so the kit will include...

1/2 lb. Toasted Threshed Burley
1 lb. Threshed Flue Cured
1/2 lb. Turkish Izmir
1 bottle of each of the three casings.
Fire Cured whole leaf upon request.

Great idea. Let me get the full case in and I'll post in the Pipe tobacco forum with a similar deal.. I'm out of Latakia right now, but I've got 3 bales on the way. Pretty excited to see what print is on these bales. It might be the same 1997 stuff, but it might not be.

A couple of notes about the casings.

The current formula for Air Cured was designed for Burley that has not been toasted, so my guess is, a lot less would be used for toasted Burley.

Try to configure your blends using the different types of tobacco after they have been cased. I think it makes more sense to apply the casing only to the type of tobacco each casing was designed for and then blend the tobaccos. This subject is actually a thread unto itself, but lets start it here.

I'm more than happy to send everyone Fire Cured with the blending kit and I know you guys are getting all serfistercatered an stuff with your taste buds, but try to design at least one blend geared toward the commercial customer...the Marlboro Light, Camel Filter crowd.

You're also welcome to design the most exotic blend you can imagine.
