If you put the seed in a small padded mailer it should be able to go as a letter. If so, it'll be less than a $1.50
I just sent a standard # 10 envelope to rainmax in Slovenia for $1.10. It had two 1.5" x 1,5" bags with seeds and cig filters and a standard 8.5 x 11" letter. Portugal shouldn't be any more expensive. -·-
And GREECE would probably be about the same too...
Smart ass haha. Seeds just got sent out without a hitch. As a side note, I did get a price quote from UPS, for a 5"x9" bubble mailer to go (cheapest route) to Greece from Lansing Michigan was $100..., needless to say, USPS Letter Priority was a better option.
