I am trying to upload a video of Larrys machine but no luck so far. More later. It works like a champ though and can crank out some cigars. You still have to go through all the preparatory work prior to rolling such as destemming, proper case, wrapper and binder prep. But when that is done it is fun to use. I used it to apply the wrappers also and temporarily swicthed the hex bolt for adjusting the mat tension with a thumb screw for fine tuning. This machine would be Really nice in a permanent setup including a work top on either side and a drawer or 2 perhaps for prepared leaf storage setting optimal ease at chair height so you can sit in comfort.

I agree, With a foot leaver below. kind of like an old singer treadal sewing machine. Just push it with Your foot and roll. I don't see any thing it needs but a good home.

I wouldn't change a thing. It is a lefty ,righty one handed operation with the set up dialed in. The mat is easily cleaned if using glue for cigars to be stored. I just wipe it with a damp sponge. After a dozen cigars I would love to have one of these set up at home. I was sent a couple lbs. of burly to experiment with but I think I used 3 leaves before I figured I would use my good kilned leaf and have not wasted any yet.

If anyone wants to try BigBonners cigar Rolling machine pm me with shipping info. I would like to buy it but can't fit it in my budget at this time. It will come with 2 hands of Burley to experiment with.

Elizabeth is here. The crate was upside down when the post lady came. The two corners of it were dented in and a chunk out of one of them. After inspection one pin from the bottom rod was out and there was a seperation with preasure putting it back in. The left handle roller stops rolling part way around. May be a little bent. But in all She is in great shape. PS: I pick every thing apart. Now when I stop looking Her over to make sure She is 100% I'm going to set up out side to vidio in day light. This roller is as BigBonner posted, second to none. The Dam thing is bullet proff. I cant see how You could ever wear it out!The screw holes are taped out and hold fast.WOW what a tool to have. The crate is a very good one as well. Good Job BB!

Hey BB, I realize this is an old post, but I'm pretty new to the forum, and just saw this... Are you still making these, and if so, what are you charging for them?

I would give my left testicle for one off those, in fact I would give both off them!!!!!!! It would just be uneconomical for me to try and buy one. Well done on that one Bigbonner. Just for the hell of it what does one of those go for?? I`m so f...... jealous!!!!!!!!

If ever you need to donate on off those to someone, "please Daddy Iv`e been a good boy!!!!"

Send nuts. I am packing up a rolling machine as we speak. Will mail soon as both nuts arrive. (Not that I don't trust you as a man of your word, but just cause self gelding might not be your top priority.)

I think ihat last I talked he was needing to make more if the need arose. Ita a pain to set up to make them and probably needs a few orders to make it worth his while. Everything is built strong . Just a little effort to make a permanent station to house the unit is all it takes and you are uptown, getdown, roll a cigar with his one armed bandit.

Its just not economically viable for me to buy stuff in US dollars. The SA Rand is so weak against the US Dollar, think its about R15 or R16 for $1. If I have to buy the roller it will cost me thousands of Rands with shipping costs etc. So BB I really would love to buy one of your rollers but my budget cant stretch that far.
