here is my entire first grow cured, fermented for 2 months and rested for a month. I was pretty happy until I noticed the biggest bag with about a pound of the seco Criollo leaves showing a bit of blue/green mold. I went through it and there is slight mold throughout the stack. This bag was the one I took the time to flatten and stack. I assume the mold came from that operation since the rest looked clean.

It’s actually a full size fridge and it also has a circulation fan too. The mister died - I ended up with a tray of water with a dish towel hanging in it to wick water up. It maintained humidity pretty well.
That's pretty cool idea nonetheless I might try it round curing time.

These two pictures were take. 1 hour and 45 minutes apart. These are for the second round this year. The first round was stunted and kind of puny although they got off to a good start I think the low rainfall and high temperature may have played significantly in the lack of growth. I also was given a small sample of seeds from a coworker who got them from his uncle in Puerto Rico. He doesn’t know exactly what variety they are - just really big leaves. I am going to make room and try a few of them to see what they look like and maybe get them harvested before the first frost.
