The yellowed leaf is beautiful!

im sure next year, your gonna have that barn packed full.
im loading my kiln right now,
got a lot of colour cured, baccy im cutting off the wire, and handing it up,
and in the kiln it will go,
the kiln loaded, to full capacity, is going to be impressive to look at<

Been a busy few days. Got back from upnorth and proposing to the lady (she said yes!) Everything is going quite well, leaves are color curing well, still pretty dry up here but chillier nights. Pictures to come!

Congrats, I wish you and your wife to be all the best life has to offer. Always remember...life is what you make it, nothing more nor nothing less.
I've been telling young couples that for a long time, but now it seems to mean a lot more than the face value. Government can not make your life, regardless of what you've heard lately. It really is and always will be up to you to choose and pursue your own path.

I agree to the utmost Don. I can trust the government for 1 thing, and that is to be untrustworthy. It was instilled in me to work hard and you sleep hard, get handed chit and you will have an unhappy life, if not in the short term, in the long term.
I'll try and take your word of advice Chicken! I've still got another year before I go to the academy so I can't begin to think about having kids (as much as I would love to). We've both grown up in difficult homes but with God we can have a fair chance at a good healthy marriage I believe

Oh how I wish I could post a copy of the smell of this leaf. I had a mature leaf weeks ago from the green brior that dried perfectly, it's browned quite well and i've had it just hanging here aging, spraying it slightly to keep the rh up.
And I tell you what...
It smells delicious right now, A very deep smell, almost peppery!

Updates:
Curing shed: Everything is curing/drying quite well.
-Green brior: browning beautifully
-silk leaf: small amounts but smells/looks/feels really nice
-ytb: decent amounts, curing/drying as expected
-havana 142: taking a helluhva long time to dry and cure, my first harvest is just now browning/drying, not sure if it's just this breed or placement in shed.
Plot:
-green brior seeds are growing nicely, nice tall plant and beautiful flowers (pictured below
-ytb seeds are coming along, flowers are starting to dry up
-cucumbers fried few weeks ago with the intense heat
-Okra growing alright - letting 2 pods go to full maturity for seed for next year

Congrats on the upcoming wedding i've been for 13 yrs probly one of my best choices,where did you get the 20-20-20 at?Maybe next year i can post a grow log,I recieced some ytb and sumatra from smokestack they seem to be growing good if we are real lucky we wont get hard frost til oct maybe get a small harvest.I would be interested in some of the ytb seeds if mine dont make it that far. I am over in walled lake
