Yeah , I was thinkin 'bout that too Don and just like u say it was real quick this time.
Have become a member at Flashback , a general forum for almost anything you can imagine , making snus is one topic or thread.
Was thinkin' I could tell'em in there to buy your baccy instead of thoose crappy tobacco snuskits for 40 bucks.

I am running low in tobacco flour for my snus fabrication , so i headed to the local gasstation and bought a "crapy snuskit"
it was probably 5 years sins i bought such item , and there was an text string on it that it stated that , Swedish custom classified it as HS code 2410.30.00 , maybe it`s an idea for Don at WLT to consider

He would take the other guys out in notime with his HQ Backer.
Did a kg of flour to an old classmate and tried it this afternoon and there was no taste at all in it.
Better go with yer own or WLT's.

Next after Virginia Red Leaf for snus is some cigar backer that arrived today from WLT , Piloto Cubano Viso ( top left ) and Brazilian Mata Fina Cigar Filler.
Was fast as well as Virgina Red Leaf , 9 days from when I ordered , 6 days from when shipment started , USPS have indeed improved.

Funny how things can turn out at times , spoke to a shopowner today 'bout makin' yer own snus and he said to me : The best snus I've ever tried/used is snus made out by cigartobacco.
Mata Fina Filler (upper stalk position) is in my owen since a few days ( 14th ).............. at 200 Degs For a week

Had 1 Ibs of WLT's grinded flour from Virginia Red Leaf ready by the 11th this month , just now I had myself a good snus after eatn supper.
If I grade it by quality from Low Medium to Upper Regions it most certainly belongs in The Upper Regions.
On a scale from 0-10 its atleast an 8 , in a few more days it'll be a 9.
If you compare this snus to snus you buy in the store you'll probably will have a hard time going back to the store.
On top of all the aroma , slightly fire cured taste you can get black lips too , I do and I like it , ' cause its more like it used to be in the good 'ol days........

Couldn't help myself , have had a batch of Mata Fina Filler ( for snus) in the fridge now for 4-5 days and just thought I'd give it a go.
It's absolutely one of the best snuses I ever made , so different to the other one's I've made.
The Upper Stalk Position plays a good part in the great succses I reckon, givin' it a real good boost of nicotine.
I'll let it rest some more in the fridge and give it another shoot in next week , let'n it rest makes wonders for the snus as far as I see it.
Don't think there's any shortcuts to be made in the way of makin a good snus.

Lookin' at The Dominican Ligero and think that'll be a most exciting cigar tobacco to make snus out of.
As always , can't keep my fingers away from ''almost ready snus'' , so I had a pinch of my batch of Piloto Cubano Viso to see if it was any good.
And ofcourse its good , you betcha !
As said , a slight cinnamon , smooth and nutty with hints of earth and slight vanilla notes.
Will need a week or so more of storing , took it out of the oven 28 th of June , means it'll be ready by approx. mid July.
I bow to a Master.

I just made a batch of snus from Don's red leaf virginia - today it came out of the oven and I added the potash.

It has the horrible ammonia smell at the moment ... two weeks of storing should make it calm down and we will be able to taste the tobacco.

I have stored mine now since the 11 th of June and I like it very much.
Use it at least once a day to have somethin different in its own way sort of sayin.
All the different varieties I've got from WLT is just top notch stuff , every variety in its own kinda way.
No one is the other one alike , they are all special.
I haven't been disappointed in any of them and I don't think I will be which ever variety I happen to choose.
It is as good as it can get , given the full treatment that is.
One of the most exciting things in my life this year is going to make snus out of St James Parrish Perique.
Have loads of other snus to blend it with if it isn't possible to use it by itself.

I have just orderred 10lbs of dark air cure tobacco from WLT and 10lbs of virginia bright leaf. I thought the dark air would be good for blending with the bright leaf for snus making . I take it you recomend the dark air POGreen?

I sure do.
Think you have to make it first to get an opinion of it.
This one is very special in its own way , nicotine is high but not too high , myself just had pleasures with the taste of it.
Storing it in the fridge for a couple of weeks makes wonders to any readymade snus.
Was just thinkin about it yesterday and got to check but think I got one Ibs , if not got to order 'cause I don't wanna be without it.
