When family of mine had a cigar manufacturing (machine made- Serengeti cigars) place in SA, they got their tobacco and wrappers from the Dom Rep. My late father got some leaves from them, to roll his own cigars ( never got to do it) and when he died I took some of the leaves and basically framed them. Now I`m wondering what varieties are they? Let see if the cigar boffins can sort this one out!!!!

Although I can't identify them, the size, shape and printing style of the tags are suggestive of leaf from Indonesia. I may be way off. The leaf shape does look like Indonesian/Sumatran leaf.

The codes on the tag remind me of the codes on some Indonesian leaf WLT had years ago. No names, just codes. Some of it was the color of pale sand and thin like an onion peel. It was around the time WLT first got Bezuki.
