BAMA - I'm having baby hornworms hatching out now. I gave them a good dose of BT this morning. The last time, you and I had an outbreak the same week, so you may want to give your plants a good looking over. Nasty little buggers.

If I weren't harvesting and a good month before I would treat mine. Every time I go out I find and kill one as big as my index finger..

Big mistake when I planted.....put the row of YTB between two fast growing varieties. They have grown not too big being shadedfrom both sides. Stalk cut the havannah today (topped 5 weeks ago) to give them more sun. b

Picked a bunch of leaf this morning. The patch is looking patchy but the garage makes me happy. 3Rd run is in the kiln.

Handed the third run from the chamber and got a hanging rack put up. Lots of brown and a little green. Not as nice as the last batch.

Yesterday turned out to be an expensive way to meet new friends. I was able to put off the powermatic shredder until Knucks brought his for me to try. Order is placed and i will not pick up a knife or scissors again to shred leaf. :)
