Not adding to my tool set did not last very long I ran across this mold yesterday and the cost was one I could not pass up.
These pictures are large but light so they should load fast.

Makes a stogie 7 inches in length I had asked the sell what the diameter was for the Cigar it makes and she replied the mold is 1 inch. Don't think she knows about Cigar Molds.
The length of the mold is 13 inches and and a 10 count. Doing a little guess math I believe the Cigar would be about 5/8ths of an inch. Perfect!
Looks to be in great condition the cost was just 36 dollars plus shipping.

when I sized up the pic, it measures 46. when I did it with a similar one, I under estimated.

MarcL mold looks to me like a 50 plus...
The Tuck Cutter I got in the mail yesterday works great to cut the head before smoking so I think this will be what I use it for. Am going to use it's design to improve my home made cutter..

I got the Cigar Mold from E-Bay today (not what I expected) it is a 32 ring size a half inch stogie is a bit thin for my taste. But just right for the Tuck Cutter I got the other day these must have been a pair.
I was in the middle of making another Tuck Cutter (but refined) when the mold came. Upon seeing the size I had an OOOPs moment than took a ride to buy a 5/8 bull nose router bit (I don't want dainty stogies)
while getting this bit I got a 5/8 square channel bit as well.
I spent the rest of the day opening up the channels in the bottom half of my oops mold (what a B) i would prefer to make it from scratch, I got one channel on the top half done than fitted the two halfs
to check for round and alignment it looks like I'm going to get away with it. I'll finish it up tomorrow had enough for one day, on the bright side I now have the bits to copy this mold but in a ring 40 (5/8th)
I like a 40 - 42 size.
