Tryin the sweatbox this year too for leaves that detach from the stalk in some way.
Them plants are pretty heavy and kinda hard to manage

Looking Good PO. That is either one small wheel barrel or one Huge Baccy Plant.:)
Also make sure you air them leaf out once a day if you are going to sweat them, they will rot at a Blink of a Eye.

Thanks for your advice BT and I guess you're 100 % right.
The WheelBarrel is not too big but the Plant is Big ( what I think)

Yea , Thanks greg , knew I had this job comin up and I know one body that's gonna be in pain tomorrow.
Back , neck an shoulders is what most hit you I reckon.

Did this sitting in the end of last week , left pic = first sitting right pic = 2 nd sitting Planed this a day ahead or so to be properly prepared for the mission.
The Fish in question is flounder and its filees fried in butter , only thing missing was white wine.As u can see it was breaded too.
A real smasher it was in my stomach and mind too :D
I was soo content when leaving , had to go horizontal when I got home for an hour or so.
No pain nowhere.

I'm impressed with this plant, and confused by the flowers. I described it as cabbage well before flowering, and now that it is, that tight little ball of flowers on a rosette of leaves really reminds me of cabbage or cauliflower.

What a beauty she is Smokes , by all means you should be impressed by her appearance and so will I.
A real Queen if you ask me , she is a true Beauty amongst TobaccoPlants is my word.
How elegantly she performs in her attractive gown.

Apparently in Sweden when tobacco farming used to be more widespread ... they chose the best looking plant on the field and let it flower and then had a celebration by cutting this plant down, bringing it in to the farmhouse and dressing it up in ribbons ... this was called the Tobacco Queen and a great harvest feast would follow!

I can't find the link on the internet at the moment ... but I've definitely read the story!

Maybe you should do the same for your best Rusticas PO and smokes!

I just did that when I came home and had that Cappricosa pizza an a Coke from the freezer.
Doesn't take much more than that to satisfy a feller.
I think its a favour just being able to be doing what I am doing.
I appriciate it very much , I live it up and think not much more can be.
I was bitten by mosqitoes but didn't feel nothing , I was too much in the act to feel the bites.
I was high in the Sky with Diamonds just like Lucy. ( Beatles 1967 )

Lots of hangings in Sweden today, and PO makin everbody hungry again, those plants are monsters you'll hav enough snuss to last a long time

Hope to have the opportunity to be hangin all week long to clear the field sort of sayin , making way in them rows for new soilization for next year.
Think I might make an attemt to do ditches this year and fill them up with all kinds of material in just 1' 1/2 depth this time.
Refuel the Area.

Great minds think alike I, m not tilling next year I, m going to use a dingo (small loader) and dig trenches 18 in deep and fill them with compost, peat and sand, then when the plants go in 4in of mulch again, it was real nice not having to weed all season

Remember reading a story about that too and will have a look into it again.
