Damn..smells like my smoker when smoking a rack of pork baby back....
One more thing.
You must add 1 tablespoon of water to the bottle of casing before you use it.
Can you fill in the blanks on the other two, as far as base flavor?

#2:
#3: GP = vanilla/coffee
Would love to know what to expect from the other two.
Any suggestions for casing the kentucky...

FmGrowit said:The General Purpose casing was designed for the Halfzware or Euro Blend whole leaf blend. The Halfzware contains a large amount of Fire Cured leaf. The base flavors of the GP casing is vanilla and coffee.

So far I got 28 blends, I have not tried one yet. I will let them rest.
I still have some Baccy Left for some more unique blends.
These are KISS blends.

BBQ sauce.
The double shred runs a bit fine..almost to a shake consistency.
stumbled across the double shred by accident.
had some thick cut hand shredded dark air leftover when the powermatic shredder came in.
I found that hitting a thick strand of dark air was not the best thing
So ran the leftover hand shred through powermatic.
found this allowed the dark air to blend more truely to 10% throughout the blend bc it was finer and mixed more thoroughly
In theory..if using only 10 percent and wanting 10% the only way to achieve that blend is to have that leaf shred at a smaller size so it mixes more thoroughly throughout the pile.
If it stays at the same shred size as the other leaves it is nearly impossible to get the dark air or kentucky to spread evenly to a true 10% ratio
At least thats what my head is processing which probably doesnt make sense to anyone else......
