Au I enjoy this site...I got two positions open Knucks, Marketing and Marketing Director are you up for it? They are really the same but two openings sounds better than one.
There is no telling how far we can go......
Here is a nice site a 1 page thing that can be helpful for new Stogie Builders like me... http://pipesandcigars.com/cicowhdoyouf.html

A title instead of a salary? You drive a hard bargain. lol

I like Pipes and Cigars website. They have some nice looking pipes on there. You're smoking your own cigars now, when are you going to start working up some pipe blends?

I tried a Pipe a few times never could get chummy with one so I won't be doing much for pipes. My Pop smoked a pipe for years, wish he was still around I'd do some for him. Hell I'd hook him on cigars
and we could sit around and roll a few.
I was on line last night looking for plastic molds like BLH Industries makes could not find the first one for sale any where.....

Yeah,,Yep & work great for cigars need to figure out how to mount em..

Post #64. Check out Jeckylnz"s tuck cutter. It appears to be made from hand held limb trimmers. Or half of one, I can't tell for sure.

I had a look and it is hard to see, I got one I put a bid on - will see. If it does not go my way I'll make a simple one....

Is this pic better. .its in cigar forum..my tuckcutter for 5 bucks
I was really just playing around. ..it still needs a steel channel for a decent edge to cut against and a better cigar size stopper set up to before its a successful project

It's a cool idea. I remember the thread, I'm getting lazy in my old age. :D

Amax, can you figure out a way to use your mold to hold the cigars while you slice the end off flush with the end of the mold?

I'm sure that could be done but why would you? Something on the order of a tuck cutter will work to keep the the same length & provide a nice clean cut. I am working on a design to put in the store here for sale prettier and better than the two I have made. Those were to get a feel for it.

Those should well to your cigar leaf buyers. You could branch out and make some matching humidors and rolling boards. :)

Don't tease us with the cigar. What's the filler, binder, and wrapper? We like to smoke 'em with you by proxy.

All righty don't want to be like her so I won't tease - The build - Filler bit less than 2 thirds Dominicon Seco, bit less than 1 third Dominicon Ligero, and the rest Dark Air. For binder we're using 1 wrap of Broad Leaf and for wrapper we're using Ecuador Shade. Makes a mild smoke...

Ah yes. I can taste that. I'll have to try the Dark Air in a cigar. I'm using it in my cigarette blend. Did you get any Corojo wrapper? It's really nice with the Dominican, but I'm a sucker for the Maduro with the Nicaraguan.
