Tonight my fellow pipe-smokers i thought to show you a photo from a Greek meal, consist of:
pork stakes
bread [home made]
wine [home made, the bottle is out of frame]
cheese
mustard
coke
salad [cabbage-lettuce-peppers, all from our garden]
cheese pie [home made]
olives [from our field]
lemon [from our garden]
fried potatoes
As for the topic: Herman Lane BCA in a Corn Cob.

I am smoking my latest "creation" , pure virginia flake , containing red , lemon , stoved virginia , in a hand made pipe from a swedish uppcoming pipemaker "Masen"

The standard "recepie" i follow is ,
Moist leafs to approx 25% moist content with boild water (to avoid mold) then
3 days in hard press approx 10 ton , after that at least a week in the owen on 45°-50° C (113°-122° F) with so much pressure as gadgets can achieve
Then take it out from the oven and let it rest for sometime (thats the hardest part)

Well I just tried a bit of some I haven't seen in a while in my ciggie blend...
A bag that says BlackMammoth, 10/12 dropped off the crowded shelf when I was compacting things in storage. It's good!

trying out my latest (unflavored) cavendish.
All home grown in this years crop (2015)
1 part Va Gold ,1/2 part Madole,3 parts Pa Red and 1/2 part Criollo 98 ...color cured ,kilned 30 days, rested 1 month ,steamed 8 hours. pressed 4 days. cavendish cut and rubbed out . dried (could use a little more drying time. ) palm swirl method to pack pipe (cheap straight stem billiard)
Smooth taste. I'm getting a light coffee and cocoa taste off it but its very light and pleasant. No bite whatsoever.
now moving to the peaches and cream flavored cavendish(same exact blend as above but with a top flavoring added)- almost no change in taste . Room note only for a minute. I guess I need to go back and add way more flavoring than I thought.
