I just saw the James Bond "Spectre" movie while smoking Ashton Guilty Pleasure in a Brebbia.Latter i will drink one glass of my wife's home-made mandarin liqueur.

The yesterday's Christmas menu was:

Lamb with rice
Sauce: mayonnaise,yoghurt,mustard,paprika,oil,salt and pepper
Salad: cabbage,carrot,dill,beets,oil,vinegar with honey.
Αccompanying: cheese with oil & oregano,bread,wine [both home made].

Yesterday I smoked my homemade cavendish with 10% by weight of BigBonners Perique. Mixed and let sit and mingle almost 2 weeks . Very nice . Now I just wish I had dried my cav longer so I could have kept it instead of trashing it. Ah well, on the search for a pressure cooker pot and I'll try it again.
