An 8" x 80 cigar mold is perfect for making a tightly overpacked cigar of pipe blend ingredients. Then you just flatten them a bit to make plug for sliced coins.

Is there a list of what's currently available, or are these photos the list?

The photos are of most of the unusual figurados. There are 400 - 500 straight cigar molds ranging from 22rg to 80rg. Chances are pretty good I've got what you're looking for. 50rg were the first to go however, so the most common lengths are gone.

Thanks. Got any 38, 39, 40, 41 in 7" or longer?

Yup! That 0.015625 inch difference in diameter can throw your whole schedule off. Adjust the duration of your cigar by varying its length.

Cigar sizes:
  • email
  • letter
  • short story
  • novella
  • novel
  • trilogy

Almost all my rolls are email sized, once in a while tweet sized. Made a mata fina cheroot that was tweet sized just recently. With a 20 minute ride to work, that's been my target time frame.
I'm hoping to expand my portfolio into short story sized smokes with a 46rg mold, just to have for special occasions, load up the humidor, and share.
Besides, not everyone enjoys my newspaper headlines on the stogies. Some seem afraid of the ink transfer and maybe they are right.

@waikikigun - better grab that 36x7 before someone else does. That's a great size.
First mold I ever got was a custom job I had done, a 36x7.... used it a lot for a year, but then my 38 started getting more action. Now my main squeeze, pun intended, is a 40.

I have 8 molds (including the on in the mail currently). I use my 40 at least 90% of the time.

Yeah, the 40 and 42 are just the most logical/functional/groovy/least-disfiguring sizes IMHO.

I'm going out of town for a week on Saturday but I'll be ordering the 5 pound deal next week so it shows up when I get back. Can you please save me a 6x44?

Okay, I'm confused. Am I waiting for a reply or are you just making a general inquiry out of curiosity?
Is this addressed to me? If it is, the answer is neither. I just yesterday completed an order with Adam (had to sort out a mold issue), and am now contemplating whether to buy ANOTHER 5 lbs (and I had just bought 5 lbs, pre-free-mold, 3 weeks ago) and therefore wondering what sort of molds were still available. Because when I talked to him it sounded like the 50-ring molds were getting scarce; yet your notes there showed tons of'em.
