There's a gin about five miles away but the pot growers get it before I can catch it. Lol. It's there and gone.

thats kinda funny... but if i was growing a massive ammount of weed,, id be robbing the gin also, u cant beat free soil... especially as rich as that stuff is.. a lot of microbial activity going on in that soil/ scraps,

You should have left the hinges on the barn and got the whole lot. That old barn is awesome. A real do up project. No disrespect but it looks better than plywood.

im really liking the '' yellow mammoth.. AND SHAMOS-SI-DARF''..... first time growing them and they both may be keepers depnding on how they smoke, but i like the leaf size.. damn near got all the yellow twist bud harvested.. it's allways the first to ripen and go in the barn

done got the fall garden seeds sprouted... it wont be long and all the bacca will be gone.. immediatlly followed by the planting of the fall garden in its place,

gotta order some brussel sprout seeds... cant find them here locally, and some lettuce, seeds...

well i made it thru the hurricane,,,,and what a spectucale it was,,,,i got a 60' sycamore tree in the front yard. that ive never trimmed. it has huge branches going from the bottom of the trunk to the top..

well that tree was doing a hula dance.. that night. the top was twisting one way and the bottom was twisting the other way. the tree itself stayed firm. not the first sway at all.... but it's branches was dancing..

my stakes i allways put my bacca on did excellent....i may have had 5 plants lean over. but they were on small stakes. and with 3'' of rain im sure they loosened up. so i can live with that.. but my secure plants didnt wiggle a bit,,, true i had some leaves stripped. and scattered everywhere,

my greenhouse stayed put... i thought it was at anytime gonna launch into the sky,,,,but i got it anchored pretty good, once again my design. works perfect,,,,

the leaf is coming along nicelly. i got to build a lower frame to hang more. on. but today im gonna cook all the brown leaf. and remove the 3 stakes that has green leaf...and do a lot of picking... and get a lot more in there, i think i may use the camper as my official '' heating station '' and use the barn for the curing part,

..IMG_20160902_205139539.jpgIMG_20160902_205157416.jpgIMG_20160902_205203427.jpgIMG_20160902_205223822.jpgIMG_20160902_205238307.jpgIMG_20160902_205254711.jpgIMG_20160902_205305036.jpg

im using 2 heat lamp bulbs to initially cure them with. just the right ammount of heat to where ive had no leaf dry green.

im also bunching the sticks up real tight to each other. as they dry.... ive got 30 sticks in there. about 40 leaves per stick,,, so ive got close if not more than 1,200 leaves in there hanging right now,

that browned bacca you see is a lot of leaves bunch real close. like one big breathable hand of bacca,,, that here real shortlly is gonna slowlly all day long reach the 130+ today,, and possiblly cook all weekend long 2 days of solid cooking,

Glad to hear you made it through without serious problems. A giant sycamore doing a hula dance--that's quite an image.

Chicken! Goodness! What a blessing you made it thru. No, it's our turn here in CT. We are only 2 hours from NY city and are now, as of this afternoon, gone from a tropical storm watch to a warning. Husband going to get extra fuel for the generator. I got extra food. Cistern is full and I am about to go out and get the tobacco from under the deck just in case the wind gets to silly.

They are drying up real nice. Looking good.

yeah.. but this year wasnt that big of a grow. but every little bit counts...this year i mainlly set myself up for the upcoming grows,

now next year should be a monster of a grow, i experimented with some unknown starins this year that didnt pan out, but some did... i know what im growing next year and may experiment with 3 strains. but i think i got my 5 big leaf strains down....the irrigation system is in.. the official rows are in.. the curing barn is 95% COMPLETED,,, im all set for next year....

it's taken 5+ years to reach this point. but im finally where i need to be,
