I did some more planting today, about 350 plants. 26 Shirazi, 72 each of Bursa, Ottoman, Haskowo, Herzegovina and 36 Bitlis. The rest are almost ready to go in. With a good chance of rain on Tuesday, late next week sounds just fine to me. I'm going to sleep well tonight.

Looking good there lever. I looked at my 10 day forecast and my first wave is going in the ground Monday. April 9th had a 20% chance of a 32F frost according to Bob's last frost day post and the 10 day forecast is looking great. I just hope my plants don't get as yellow, stunted and splindly as yours after transplant. ROFL

Looking good, I haven't planted any since last week. I'm waiting another day or 2 when this hopefully last chance of frost [light] is over tonight and the wind is under 20-30 mph. for a change. Them rows look good and straight. I gave up pulling strings on my rows along time ago.

Thanks guys! There's still not quite 500 plants left to go in, the Turkish section is going to be pretty densely planted. The weather lately has been crazy, getting down near record lows at night. If I didn't pull strings, I couldn't sleep at night. Knucklehead, if you do catch up post some pictures.

Steve knows, I was just hoping to catch him with his guard down. lol He must have got a good nights rest. A buddy of mine came over to watch some drag racing on video, he watched me put the tape in and everything, and he still bet me $10.00 on one of the races. I let him off the hook but I laughed my ass off at him when I went over and punched the tape back out.
