Freehand 4x40 PA puro's while I also look at some dirt-priming VA Brightleaf. I've been using scraps from some '09 PA I procured from my Amish neighbor for binders on these small ones, '13 PA Oscuro for wrappers, and '12 PA viso and '15 PA seco for filler. A few of these VA plants were wilting and yellowing already from the recent heat and not coming back up at night. I took them off so the other leaves can use the energy to get bigger.
..nice, what is that freehand setting on?

That is fresh dirt-priming of VA Brightleaf from out front. Most of my plants are midgets because they were getting root-bound and didn't go in the ground until the last week of May, because PA frost and then thunderstorms with hail.
Yard side if the walk, left is VA Brightleaf and right is Havana 263. Bed side is African Red, Rustica, and golden burley. PA broadleaf and long red are scattered around and out back in 5 gal buckets.

Wow, that looks unreal. Or, maybe a very real looking unreal something.
What is unreal, the color? I picked them at that color last night and took the pic. When I say midgets I'm not joking, those VA's are about to sprout flower heads and I'll top all but one of those. I just topped all 7 African Red a week or so ago, but the Rustica I had to top in mid-June because they shot up quickly and flowered as soon as the leaves were 14"x14".

I will try to look into that tonight, I saw a few posted that I scrolled through the other night. I'm still trying to get used to site navigation and what goes where or even where to ask questions. Very confusing. Is there a way FTT will work on the Tapatalk app since I use that already for a few other forums? I only ask that because I haven't had a chance to try it yet. I just don't want to get in trouble for doing something wrong and not knowing what I did. In my experience some forum's mod's are like a kindergarten teacher or principal. Lol

Well, what I really mean is that, when I first saw it I thought it was a real looking plate or a place mat or something real looking. A real looking unreal something.

I don't know Tapatalk but, I see you don't have a grow blog. You should start one. https://fairtradetobacco.com/forums/grow-blogs.53/
No worries about where to ask questions. just ask. guidance is here to be had. I don't expect you to be a target for mod's at all.

A cigar-smoking friend of mine is stopping by this afternoon on his way up the coast to visit family, so I rolled him a little dropping-by gift.

Figuring out some blends over the last year when I have time, and small freehands to smoke on the go. 3 blends that are regulars, and done in a 44rg mold. More of the 44rg of something means it's not as good as others. My main smoke is Jalapa ligero and seco, bound and wrapped in PA. Growing up in PA tobacco country, I seem to collect all the versions of it and smoke it more than anything.
