Rolled this about 3 weeks ago filler WLT corojo 99 and wrapper/Binder WLT Dominican binder. Currently smoking it very smooth and mild. I'm currently evaluating glue this was cmc, looking at gum acai plus a small amount of cmc to make it less sticky looking for something which will set fast for the whole roll and smoke.

Verdict: very good. Cedar, orange, cinnamon and white/black pepper on the front, leather and spicy cedar pencil shavings towards the end. Elegant, almost floral spanish cedar nose. Strongly reminiscent of hoyo excalibur no. 3's. Not at all overwhelming for an all ligero filler cigar.

WLT corojo 99 ligero is significantly milder with much better flavor than the piloto viso in my opinion, and I've smoked both straight.

Yes I know this was quick second tasting for today is BB Black Mammoth in a corojo wrapper. Getting better at the quick stogie and I think I found the right quick cure glue with acacia gum and cmc. Need to work out the exact ratios easy enough will post it when I'm sure

I will be busy with my home grown and kilned, MD 609 V,S, and L.... I know it’s not a “blend” and I’m no expert; but, it actually makes a pretty decent, smooth cigar. It’s been a fun project.

What do you imagine the word "blend" means, cigar-wise?

Ask me if I know what the 'V' word, the 'S' word and the 'L' word mean, without trudging backwards through a bunch of posts. But if you take one "letter", and add a second "letter", I think you have blended "letters".

Does V, S, & L mean something else?
Nope ... in context it made complete sense.
Forums are full of abbreviations and, for the most part, make sense when applied to the topic at hand.
Kind of like saying MM Country Gent instead of spelling out Missouri Meerschaum Country Gentleman every single time.
Once you've spent enough time in online forums it becomes a second language! :)

Sorry for the fuss. But I honestly had no idea which of the gazillion tobacco terms he meant. Once you've spent enough time with tobacco, ambiguous abbreviations begin to swirl. I use abbreviations in my posts all the time, but when there might be any confusion, I precede the first use with spelling out what I'm talking about. Of course, we can just assume that the reader will guess the proper context in which the abbreviations are meaningful.
