This little unlabeled one was chop chop filler, shavings left from tuck cutter and even clipped heads, etc. Short short filler
I had several pounds of that kind of cigar scrap held in large canisters in my humidor for 10+ years. It turned into superb pipe tobacco, all on its own. It has lost much of its distinctively "cigar" aroma and flavor—kind of what happens with 25 year old cigars. Very smooth.

So I’m rolling a stick today and see this is this mold? If so should I trash everything or just this leaf?

It’s a little hard to see in the pic. Most can be wiped off and it does happen sometimes with leaf. I would take pics of the leaf and reach out to Don and the team at WLT. They will most likely offer for you to send the leaf back or alternative options. How long ago did you buy the leaf?

Maybe that’s a little better it’s not a lot. But there is some of it on basically everything. And I ordered it 2 weeks ago maybe? Probably a little longer

Doesn't look like mold to me, but it's hard to tell from the pics. 35-40 RH is very dry, I store mine at 70 with no problems. How does it smell?

It smells fine and looks fine other than that. It’s not even really noticeable really unless you really look at it. Y’all think it’s ok to roll ? Or should I just order more and cut my losses?

From what I see in the photos, I would just brush it off, and smoke it. What is the worst case? If it is Aspergillus mold, it can produce aflatoxin, which is harmful to you. BUT...if you don't suck on that part of the leaf, any aflatoxin toxin that might be present is destroyed by the heat of combustion. So it's not even in the side-stream smoke. If it smells like mold, it will smoke with a moldy aroma. If it doesn't smell like mold, just avoid that portion of the leaf for wrapping the head of a cigar.

I'm not seeing any mold there.

Remember, Tobacco is a natural product, grown outdoors, in dirt, dirt that is full of all sorts of bugs and worms and ants and creepy spiders and slugs and moles and snakes and toads and stuff, uncovered and unsealed, so flying insects can land on it and even take bites out of it or lay eggs on it or fly over and poo on it. Birds, too. Workers don't wear latex gloves, hair nets, or even face masks when they handle it in the fields or in the curing barns. It is not a sanitized, antiseptic, manufactured product. Imperfections happen. Just like with the lettuce and tomato on your BLT. If that leaf was supposed to be wrapper, I might be a little disappointed. If that is filler, then I say it's pretty much normal-ish.

I have seen mold on my wrappers when I left them at high case for too long out in the garage. Not seeing mold in your pic. Of course I could be wrong, being new to this myself. I would roll it. You could brush it off and roll it. You could even wash it, dry it, and roll it. I would just roll one up, and smoke it. Maybe shred up a half leaf and smoke it in a pipe. If it tastes like tobacco you should be good to go. If I read in the news about a slimy, toxic, mutant humanoid creature on a murderous rampage waving a lit cigar around, I guess I will know I was wrong.

Just out of curiosity and I know this will vary but, how much does everyone smoke? One a day? Every once in awhile? More? Less?

I WAS smoking about 4 or 5 a year. Now that I am rolling my own, I am smoking 4 or 5 a week. I will NOT NOT NOT increase to over one a day. NOT! NOT! Must...... NOT!!!!!
