Sounds interesting, I've not rolled 5 of any singular leaf into a cigar yet...might have to try this to see what happens.
How was it?
The blend didn't make sense intellectually, but I only have so many bags of tobacco in my work truck. I was surprised that it wasn't completely imbalanced. The tobacco is good. I enjoyed the cigar. @Knucklehead had mentioned that the corona wrapper went well with viso leaf. I think he's right about that. I suppose I have come to see the corona wrapper as ligero itself, so the overall blend had all three primings.

Finally got a chance to smoke the first test stick of my first go at a blend. I don’t remember, not did I write down the proportions, but I am pleased with the results. ASD Nic. Ligero, Condega Nic Viso, Paraguay flojo sec Vuelta Abajo binder and Cameroon wrapper. It has nice burnt honey sweetness I didn’t expect which plays well with the other flavours; espresso and to a lesser degree leather. It started with a subtle white pepper spice which gets sharper and more like black pepper further into it. Aroma is a mellow cedar with background notes of cigar tobacco. Definitely high in nicotine, but without over doing it thankfully. I give it a B+71178D68-36ED-4558-9C3F-B91DC8034391.jpeg

That is a lot of shredded tobacco in the background.
