I do have a 44x7.5 mold and I aim to fill. The 50x7 seems too big though. It's weird.

Maryland 609 Volado, seco and ligero that I grew, air cured, and kiln fermented. All one variety of tobacco, but it worked out pretty good!

Cheroots! Fire cured wrapper-binder with some FC sprinkled throughout some Corojo seco. These things require a LOT of glue as I usually cut them in half. The first one I made was nearly a KFC puro and it kicked my arse, so I now dial it back. I figure the aged Corojo will jive so I made three in one go.

I traded @Twilliger some Cameroon wrapper for some Corojo Oscuro and this is the first go. 1 ASP Nic. Ligero, 3 Corojo 2006 seco, ibid for binder. I have yet to figure out how to case the wrapper ideally, but that being said, I tried deveining the wrapper as I rolled the one with the white band and the photo doesn’t show how insanely smooth it looks (for a stick that I made, that is, considering that it is also undercased). I think it was one of @waikikigun’s videos I saw a while back that made me think to try it... I don’t know if it’s going to be an ongoing practice, especially because I have no molds. These should be some punchy sticks, at any rate.

I have not thought to use tape but, I've used tape on paper molding. That works though.

@silksow, if you have cigar glue, you can just glue on a small leaf patch, and smoke right on through it.

Before I started rolling my own cigars if I needed a patch I would chew on some kitchen parchment paper and apply as needed. It looked a lot like that and added no flavour.

It's actually "Raw" brand adhesive-free rolling paper lol - I'm still not proud
