Nice cigar, Rainmax. I prefer mild cigars but even some of mine kicks like a mule, I must agree with Bob, Comstock is my favorite wrapper at this stage. I had a stogie last night that had that kick, the thing was lying in my humidor since March this year, and I`m sure it wasn`t that strong when I first rolled it, man it brought tears to my eyes, could finish it in one sitting!!!

Wow all of those cigars posted are some nice work. I bet they all taste as good as they look to.

congrats on some great looking firsts. Enjoy and put 1 or 2 away to compare to your hand rolls a year from now.

Yeah, I own a small retail tobacco store and I have done blend tasting for several different companies.

Most recent roll session.
My first time to tripple cap, had always done no cap pigtail before.
I did my classic 7 which I call 7H now, and changed the wrapper to make the 7B.

7
Nicaraguan Seco 2leaf
Nicaraguan Viso 2 leaf

Mata Fina Just 1/4thleaf
Sumatra Double Binder

7H
Habana2000 Wrapper

7B
BezukiWrapper
My first wrap with this guy. Leaves are very nice, maybe a little thinner than the Habana 2000.
Look forward to seeing how they change the flavor profile.

I was able to knock these out in about an hour this afternoon. For me, I don't see a big difference in the burn if any at all whether I accordion, entubado, or book bunch the filler. Personally, I like the book method. Getting better all the time...

That is really beautiful. I can't imagine what happens when one tries to wrap a leaf around such a shape and keep things smooth.
