My latest batch, rolled them today:

Wd60AUo.jpg

With this batch I'm trying out some new tobacco I got from Bigbonner.
Wrappers are Ecuador shade and Ecuador maduro.
Binders are Bigbonner's "One Sucker" (his website explains the unusual name). This is a dark, leathery leaf, which makes an excellent binder.
Innards are various amounts of Criollo ligero (Nicaraguan), Brazil viso, Piloto Cubano Seco (Dominican), and Bigbonner's burley.
The burley is an experiment - never tried that leaf in a stogie before, but I usually include burley in my flake tobacco pressings. I hope it works well in the blend; otherwise I just rolled 9 dog rockets :)

Bruck, how is that One Sucker? Have been meaning to try it soon. The rest I have in supply, except the Ecuador wrappers, which I'm getting on Wednesday, if they are still there.

I love all the WLT's leaf you mentioned! Sticks look good!

Saying you got some 'one sucker' from 'big bonner' does raise some eyebrows.

The One Sucker is dark and leathery, and flexible enough to make a good binder.
Bigbonner is a regular on this site; pretty sure he doesn't work in the adult film business :)
I'll make a report on flavor and burn in a future dispatch, probably in a couple weeks.

Brown Thumb, that's the most rustic cigar I've ever seen. I've heard of a shaggy foot but that has a shaggy body. I bet it's amazing to smoke!! Gotta love it.

Unfortunatly Shaggy was too Shaggy to smoke per say. So I cut it in half and put it in the perique press for 24 hrs.
Fit in the teck 1 perfect, it turned into some nice coins and shredded pretty easy with one blade.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

And here's my latest batch:

yANwahw.jpg

This batch is some more of the blend I made a couple batches ago:
Wrapper: Cameroon (2 are Ecuador maduro)
Binder: Aleman (German born, Dominican processed)
Filler: Criollo ligero (Nicaraguan), Piloto Cubano Seco (Dominican), and in a few I put some Cameroon seco.

Been rolling a lot lately to replenish my inventory which is way down due to gifts, trades, and hunting camp

You will surely be the most popular guy in the hunt camp this year. Good job.
