Rolled a few sticks last night and made my best looking cigar to date.

Thanks guys. It seems that it is not overly difficult to get a deceit burning cigar but it takes a fair amount of practice to get the wrapper to lay down just right.

That is one great professional looking wrap job Pete. I've seen $10. cigars with wrappers that didn't stand up to that one.
Did you do something different with that leaf to get it perfect ?

The wrapper is Connecticut Shade from WLT and fairly thin. I misted the wrapper and put it in a zip lock for about 8 hours before I needed it. My rolling station has a granite top and I mist the top so that the wrapper sticks to it. It lets me get a good stretch on the leaf as I apply it to the bound cigar. For whatever reason this one just went on a lot smother for me. I'll just chalk it up to a combination of luck and practice.

Got a new mold for Christmas. This was one of the first cigars I made with it. Still got some kinks to work out and learn but I'm pretty happy because I finally have that rounded cap.
