Wiktor,
For a first cigar, I would suggest a small, blond wrapped Macanudo from a tobacconist. Plan B would be a H. Upmann Vintage Cameroon Petite Corona. Avoid the tiny cigars, and wait on trying the darker, fatter, stronger ones.

I cannot tell a lie - Marc inspired this picture!

100% mix of BigBonner’s leaf for filler and wrapped in his PA wrapper/binder. Box pressed, picture in full sun. Gave one of these to a friend who’s a long time cigar guy. Said it was the best he’s smoked in years, and he doesn’t buy cheap cigars.

I have a bunch of the wrapper mentioned. Man is that some pretty leaf. I've yet to make any all BigB tobacco cigars but next time I will. Nice job green.

All WLT dominican t13 filler (~ 6 leaves per cigar)
3 of them made just with dominican binder only, no wrapper
1 of them I wrapped with a connecticut shade wrapper to see how that comes out.

Very nice. I find the Dominican binder to be a little too richly flavored for a wrapper, though it looks good, and is wonderful as a binder or as a filler ingredient. The CT Shade stick is a beauty.

Was bored Sunday afternoon, so I thought I'd try making a few Candela wrappers. Picked a few shade leaves, flash dried them, then cooked an hour at 150F. Rehydrated and wrapped two sticks last night using a mix of Corojo 99 and my scrap pile. Learned a few things: They are really delicate and thin (of course, it could be the leaves I picked weren't quite mature yet too). I used a double wrapper on the second. The underside was a lighter lime green (top cigar w/ pigtail) I preferred over the olive green of the upper side (bottom cigar).

I had fun though, and that's all that matters :)
